Stupid Aiba bothers me, too. I see Aiba as goofy, but not entirely thoughtless.
Of course he would go to Leader (because it IS Ohno). Yes! And you know Ohno was all "I have to handle this situation well as the group's new leader," but he probably just gave an awkward thumbs-up.
