I do enjoy the occasional fivesome fic. I think there's a place in fanfic for fantasy and, the fact is, Arashi really seems like they can be paired up any which way, so why not a five-way?
However, when we go past fantasy happy group sex times into five people in a successful relationship, I don't really follow. I think two people have a hard enough time making a romantic relationship work, and when you try to add more it's pretty much impossible to have everyone on the same page.
Still, I didn't want to write a treatise against polyamory or anything, so I'm glad it didn't come off that way either. I think the reason I felt okay about writing this is that Arashi really does love each other so much that they may be able to survive something like this.
